This fall at Jacki Sorensen’s Aerobic Dance classes:
Escape to one of our classes for an hour. You will firm and strengthen your muscles to music by Madonna, Adele, Lionel Ritchie, Blake Shelton, Train, JLo, Pitbull, and One Direction to name a few of the artists. If you like, sing along to the music, especially the great lyrics in our Donna Summer tribute.
With more than thirty years experience teaching in the Danvers area, Hartman’s enthusiasm for the Jacki Sorensen’s fitness program is brought to every class. Burning calories in one fun-filled hour is a total body workout. Choreographed to today’s top 100 hits, it is a blend of rap, hip hop, country music, latin and more!
